This Small Space.

Casual Elegance. Refined Comfort. Relaxed Ease and Effortless Sophistication.

We transformed this small home, approximately 1300 square feet, into a pretty little jewel box.

This was achieved through the use of lovely textiles, materials, elements and artwork. Each piece custom designed and made specifically for this home.

We opted for a quiet and soothing colour palette.

Using pretty details to add interest and depth

And an interesting mix of elements..combining both vintage and new, classic and contemporary

The lovely wallpaper in an Eglomise pattern is a lovely backdrop; and a quiet showstopper.

The principal bedroom is calm and serene, with layers inviting you to rest and unwind.

The custom channel headboard in a pretty blue velvet adds dimension and interest.

The custom Euro shams in a linen fabric add another layer of interest as we introduced the colours dusty mauve, warm greys and off white to the mix; a lovely tie to the artwork and faux fur throw.

The custom designed and custom made end tables, with their soft, rounded edges, serve as both a nightstand and vanity. The custom round ottomans are done in a pretty boucle fabric.

The lower floor bathroom has a masculine and clean feel.  Through the use of large format tiles, we created an expansive look and feel in this very small space.

The kitchen is classic contemporary with maximum countertop space and organization.

Custom cabinetry maximizes the functionality of this kitchen.

Beautiful custom roman shades in a lovely sheer linen diffuse the light.

Floating shelves allow for displaying of pretty objects.

We added a small peninsula with custom stools for the family to have breakfast and snacks.

The sunroom adds an extra sitting area.

Overall, while this home is on the smaller side, the overall look, feel and functionality were maximized, through thoughtful design planning and decorating details, and through the use of lovely and interesting, custom elements and materials.
